Items excluded from free shipping are as follows; All Trolling motors,Battery chargers, Electronics, Marine propellers, Fishing Rods, and Bulk Lead Items. Shipping charges will be billed to your credit card separately for the excluded products.
Returns and Exchanges
Our goal is to sell quality merchandise at competitive prices, with 1st class service.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product purchased from PhilÂ’s Propeller Service simply return it within 10 days for exchange or return.
1. Exchange-To exchange, simply return the unused product in brand new condition and we will gladly exchange your product for a product of equal or greater value.
2. Return
a. All returned products must be in brand new condition, no exceptions.
b. Items must be packaged in original undamaged manufactures packaging, to include all accessories and paperwork.
c. All propellers must be inspected prior to receiving credit for return.
d. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
All warranty claims will be handled direct with manufactures. All shipping and handling incurred will be paid by customer. After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your product.
